　　Job Description

　　The Supply Chain analyst is a key contributor to the Global Supply Chain organization in regard to operational performance and related cost control. Primary responsibility is to analyze and control operational KPI’s incl. spend and work with the international teams to improve and optimize the performance. The analyst will work on both scheduled and ad hoc based data reviews to optimize cost and performance versus meeting customer fulfillment agreements.

　　The Supply Chain analyst will drive and participate in improvement strategies and programs across the globe. Initiating improvement actions and programs with the country organizations.

　　The role is strongly data driven, but also requires strong communication skills when working closely with cross-functional teams on data analyses plus operational execution of the programs and reviews.

　　Basic Requirements

　　This position reports into the Business operations manager and works closely with the SCM Managers across the different geographical regions.

　　Works closely with Management to understand business requirements in different countries and pairs the acquired business knowledge with available data to advice on strategic decisions.

　　Collaborates with other division subject-matter experts to uncover root causes of problems and assists with resolution. Generates reports, captures information and records data using desktop tools.

　　Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of assigned processes and procedures.

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelors in (Data) Engineering

　　Data analytics

　　Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access or SQL
