BayCare Health System is currently seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our outstanding and compassionate Observation Medical/Surgical unit at South Florida Baptist Hospital . 　　Position Description: Assistant Nurse Manager

　　The Assistant Nurse Manager (Supervisor) is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring , counseling and terminating process. Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Experience includes 2 years RN Acute, Post-Acute, or Sub-Acute experience. Preferred experience includes 1 year of Leadership experience.

　　Registered Nurse license

　　BLS

　　2 years RN acute care experience

　　Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
