　　Starting Pay: $100,000.00 - $155,000.00 anually

　　As the Manager of Program Development & Innovation, you will enable the Food+ by Compass program to remain "first and best" amongst corporate food programs and position Compass at the forefront of future thinking and innovation. You will focus on "scanning the horizon" for trends and opportunities, and introducing ideas to evolve the program. You will vet, develop and pilot innovative food, beverage, and hospitality solutions based on broader business objectives and priorities. Key to success in the role are strong stakeholder management skills, critical thinking and discernment, a drive for continuous improvement, the ability to secure action by influence, and to move between the strategic and operational.

　　The great things you’ll do

　　Develop program areas with an innovation and growth mindset: program areas will span across food & beverage operations, hospitality, events, technology, design & build

　　Engage with external companies and strategic partners to identify and explore innovation solutions

　　Partner with SMEs, our client and Compass Group to vet, pilot and iterate innovation solutions

　　Lead business line-specific working groups that are made up of regional and global operational leaders and subject matter experts

　　Lead pilot discovery, development, and tracking specific to innovation solutions

　　Develop and maintain close partnership and engagement with culinary, operational, and financial leaders to ensure clear understanding of evolving business needs and objectives

　　Work with Compass Strategic Projects and operations leaders to translate ideas and strategies into actionable projects

　　Manage close partnership across regional operations to develop and maintain processes for documenting, sharing and continuously improving best practices

　　Areas of focus:

　　Future of F&B experiences: cafes, coffee bars, catering, teaching kitchens, micro kitchens, digital

　　Technology: automation, data and reporting, operator tools

　　What we look for in the perfect candidate

　　Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent / minimum of 8 years of industry experience in place of a degree is preferred

　　Ability to communicate, motivate and interact with all levels within the organization

　　Ability to take complex business issues or initiatives and apply critical thinking to solve, with an eye to implementation

　　Experience launching program strategies to implement new process models in an organization

　　Strong passion for great food and hospitality

　　Financial and commercial literacy

　　Resilience and clarity of thought under pressure

　　Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment

　　Ability to travel globally as needed
