  We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an SeniorAssurance Experienced Associate to join the team in ourChicagooffice/practice.

  This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees are expected to alternatetime between both remote and office.   YOUR TEAM.

  You will work on a team with other Associates, Senior Associates,Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. This team has a passion forwhat they do and a focus on consistently delivering value to ourclients.

  YOUR ROLE.

  Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, andfinal deliverablesDevelop detailed engagement work plansManage a team of staff associates including internsGain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team thro gh effectiveclient management, timely and accurate communication, and clear andconcise direction and leadershipYOUR EXPERIENCE.

  The successful candidate will have:

  3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firmBachelor\'s Degree requiredSome Real Estate Industry experience is preferredCPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the examStrong experience using Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FXExceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written)skillsAfter reviewing this job posting, are you hesitating to apply becauseyou don\'t meet every single requirement?
