Job Overview

　　We are seeking a Sr Tool and Design Engineer to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas. In this role, the selected individual will design manufacturing tooling for the production of solid fuel rocket motors and warheads. This person will develop jigs, fixtures, lifting devices, and semi-automated equipment to cast and assemble the final product.

　　Essential Functions

　　60% - Design mechanical equipment using PTC Creo and Windchill

　　30% - Interface with production, program management and safety to develop requirements and tooling needs

　　10% - Define existing equipment problems and design repairs and modifications

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience

　　5 years of related experience in the design of tooling to support manufacturing

　　Experience using a solid modeling program such as Unigraphics NX, Pro-Engineer, AutoCAD Inventor or Solid works

　　Working knowledge of air controls
