　　Where the chemistry happens…

　　BASF Corporation is hiring a Digital Learning Solutions Manager for our Automotive Refinish (ECR) Business. This position will help define design and implement training framework within our Refinity platform for all digital learning solutions.

　　As a Digital Learning Manager, You Create Chemistry By...

　　Providing the framework and strategic direction for the Digital Learning strategy to support the Automotive Refinish division for the Americas.

　　Identifying and assessing current and future training needs of the organization through analysis and collaboration globally and with various stakeholders including regulatory, policy and procedural requirements, technical application needs, and emerging business and technical development requirements.

　　Designing and developing eLearning, microlearning, video training courses and curriculums that address specific business needs, objectives and skill gaps. Use instructional design principles to create effective content.

　　Coordinating with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and execute effective training packages for internal and external customers.

　　Utilizing digital learning technologies and solutions (virtual reality, augmented reality, gamification, etc.) to fulfill training needs.

　　Using adult learning methodology to create effective, engaging content to promote retention and proper application and business practices.

　　Developing career pathing for internal and external customers to promote training completion throughout a learning journey.

　　Managing vendor relationships to provide new learning technologies and services which leverage best training practices.

　　Developing KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to track key training milestone activities and courses to provide leadership visibility and drive future training growth.

　　Facilitating curriculum development mapping, course development, needs identification brainstorming or course content as needed.

　　Preparing and presenting leadership presentations on training activities and progress to provide alignment to business goals and promote effective communication on training to the team.

　　Providing administration, oversight, direction, promotion and use of the Learning Management System (LMS) to record personnel training records and training activities. Act a subject matter expert for the system in U.S.

　　Providing maintenance planning for all training curriculums and courses to keep training content up-to-date and adherence to all compliance requirements.

　　Providing framework for the translation of all training and the accessibility requirements to enable all customers to use developed training.

　　If you...

　　Experience in Program/ Project / People Management.

　　Bachelor's degree in related field.

　　5-7 years in training, learning and development.

　　Automotive expertise preferred.

　　Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

　　Experience in eLearning Software (Articulate 360).

　　Experience with Microsoft Office.

　　Experience developing technical or digital learning content and materials.

　　Experience with Learning Management Systems.

　　Experience with Instructional Design Principles.

　　Knowledge of Adult Learning Methodologies.
