Administrative Assistant

　　We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with calendar management and zoom experience. You will support a senior manager and assist with information requests and documentation, coordinating, calendaring events and meetings, meeting preparation, and preparing letters and documents for distribution and provide backup assistance to other administrative support team members.

　　Required:

　　Prior administrative experience supporting management in an office environment, MS Office, Google, Zoom, exceptional presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communications.
