  The Role

  Elevance Health Project specific hire for " Performance Testing Tower" - Performance testing Lead position.

  Required Skills.

  4- to 6 ( Four to Six ) of years experience in Performance Testing and Automation Testing

  Deep Knowledge and experience of Performance Engineering

  Hands on experience with LoadRunner Tool and Performance Center , --- 4 to 6 years

  Scripting - Expertise in C, or C++ or Java

  Required protocols (HTTP/HTML, Web-Service & Citrix, True Client)

  Experience in Windows/Linux/AIX Monitors – VMSTAT, SVMON & PerfMon Commands.

  Expertise in Application Monitoring Tools ( Appdynamcis, OEM, Splunk,Wily)

  Mongo DB and SQL Developer tools expertise

  Deep Knowledge in correlation (Needed while scripting)

  10.Execute Benchmark, Baseline, Load, Stress, Endurance, and other non-functional tests.

  11. Billing team member needs skills with AIX and Oracle. Need to be able to collect system metrics for application jobs, and assess resource utilizations. Identify the source of any deviations from baseline

  Optional SKills:

  1.Monitor application logs to determine system behaviour during/ after Load test

  2.Run and manage performance tests end to end cycles Individually

  3.Interpreting test results – ( Capturing the Key Metrics, Identify bottlenecks, Creating

  Performance Test Reports and Observations)

  4.Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required

  for validation and analysis.

  5.Participate in Performance bottleneck analysis and fixes

  Design Workload Model as per business requirements.Who You Are
