Description

　　The Diabetes Educator provides individualized and group education and counseling on all aspects of diabetes self-care, particularly on the nutritional aspects of diabetes management and assists the Diabetes Advisory Committee and Coordinator in the planning and implementation of diabetes education and self-management training services.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree Nutrition/dietetics or

　　Master's Degree Nutrition/dietetics.

　　Upon hire: Montana Nutritionist License

　　Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration

　　3 years Direct patient contact.
