Description AP Accountant preferably with Oil & Gas experience.

　　Heavy Open Invoicing: Manage a high volume of open invoices, approximately 5000 per month, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.

　　Invoice Coding: Code invoices accurately to the appropriate accounts and cost centers, maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

　　Communication Skills: Be a proactive and effective communicator, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum 2 Years Experience: Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role, demonstrating a strong understanding of AP processes.

　　Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable and secure home office setup.

　　Open Invoicing: Prior experience managing a significant volume of open invoices, showcasing the ability to handle high workloads.

　　Invoice Coding Proficiency: Skillful in accurately coding invoices to appropriate accounts and cost centers.
