Job Duties: Code invoices with correct general ledger numbers forlocations and expenses. Enter invoices for payment. Scan, email, anddeliver invoices to the correct approvers for approval. Enter use tax,temp labor, and project information on spreadsheets. Answer calls inregard to payment statuses. Print, date stamp, and paperclip approvedinvoices for payment. Send out tax exemption certificates. Set up newvendor accounts in SXE. Print checks, fold, and mail. Call vendors aboutpayment statuses or open invoices. Reconcile monthly statements fromvendors. Prepare credit applications. Follow procedures and internalcontrols for authorized approvals. Work Environment: Office workingenvironment. Physical Requirements: Sitting frequently. Carrying/Lifting10 - 40 Pounds rarely. Standing / Walking / Climbing. Experience &Qualifications: Associates degree in Accounting preferred. 0-2 years\'experience in related field preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoftproducts. Excellent communication skills. Good mathematical skills.Pro-active, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player and positiveattitude is a must.
