　　This position is an exempt full time position (minimum 40 hours per week) with a full benefit package paid by the employer after 60 days.

　　Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

　　Experience:  6 years' experience in a managerial-level position preferably with a non-profit/not-for-profit agency covering multiple counties.
