Position Information:
As the ERP Project Manager at OTG, you will be responsible for driving the ERP implementation project initiatives with our product team from inception through execution. In this role you will collaborate closely with operations and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our project roadmaps are well executed ensuring that we deliver high quality products on time and in budget.
-Business Transformation: Work with the business to develop standardized business processes. Work with program management office to resolve complex business issues arising from the implementation of new processes or procedures to ensure process adoption support from across the business teams.
-Engage and Collaborate with the Business: The ERP Process Lead/Owner will be collaborating with business partners, understanding, and gathering requirements, influencing the processes, tools, and operating models.
-ERP Leadership: Will work as a part of the ERP leadership team to define the ERP requirements and help drive the implementation with a focus on alignment between people, processes, and technology.
-Technical and Functional Leadership: This role will not perform hands-on system configuration but must have a strong working knowledge of how business processes work within an ERP platform, key integration points, system configuration and customization options, and an understanding of business master data.
-Change Management: The Global Process Lead will work closely with the Change Management team to act as champions for the new process and help drive/support employee adoption.
Program Life-Cycle Management: Assist the program management office in reaching key project milestones and goals and support all aspects of an ERP implementation life cycle from requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
-Partnerships: Works with cross-functional teams to provide an alignment on process redesign and standardization as well as system adoption. Collaborate with other “Shepherds” and workstream leads as one cohesive team to drive the program and navigate Change Management. In addition, works closely with the System Integrator (SI) team and effectively manages a collaborative working relationship.
-Program Governance: Support preparation for ERP Steering Committee Meetings. Lead and attend business process discussions and ensure the ERP decision-making process is, efficient, well documented, and adheres to overall program objectives.
-Become Subject Matter Expert: The ERP Process Lead will evolve into a “SME” role to support the business and system users with training, troubleshooting, system design and architecture, process enhancements and improvements.
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, expenditures, and meetings
-Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
-Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
-Providing administrative support as needed
-Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
-Work closely with training and development to lead training and efficiencies within the organization
-Create and maintain a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
-Two or more years working in a project management capacity, specifically for tech-based customer facing products, managing the development of self-service interfaces and/or workflow automation
-Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
-Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
-Experience with Jira or other project management tools
-Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines in a f---Fast-paced environment, including ability to manage multiple project resources with extensive project planning and execution skills
-Experience in managing large-scale, complex projects
-Experience in leading inter-organization change to increase efficiency through the implementation of technology
-Must have excellent analytical and research skills
-Oracle ERP experience Preferred
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000
