　　This position will require a hybrid work schedule of being in the office 3 times per week.

　　Position Summary

　　As the Director of Medicaid Operations (Claims) you will manage multiple leaders and their work teams. You will be responsible for oversight of Medicaid System Testing, Quality Control, Benefit Configuration Audits and project management.

　　Fundamental Position Components

　　Manage the most complex system projects through implementation.

　　Set strategic direction for multiple teams and/or programs and have full accountability for all aspects of system testing, quality control, and benefit analysis.

　　Build strong relationships, finding solutions to increase automation, reduction in turnaround time and avoidance of rework. Maintain close and transparent relationships with interdependent departments.

　　Implement best of class policies, procedures, and plans for the business.

　　Act independently to address issues, guide direction, and provide analysis for configuration and reimbursement Medicaid initiatives.

　　Required Qualifications

　　5+ years’ work experience in management, business consulting, project management, strategy, or related discipline

　　5+ years of claims experience

　　Health care or managed care industry experience

　　Strong reporting and analytical capabilities; external presentation development and execution skills; excellent team collaborator and cross-functional leader; ability to create innovative solutions and problem solve.

　　Experience translating the needs of executives into actionable plans.

　　Experience at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

　　Experience collaborating with cross functional teams ations

　　Preferred Qualifications Medicaid, Medicare, QNXT experience Education

　　Bachelor's degree or 9 years of equivalent work experiencePay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$100,000.00 - $231,500.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
