Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk based in New York. This role is within the hospitality industry and will focus on maintaining an organized and accurate record of all AP transactions, including invoice cleanup, processing and coding of vendor invoices, data entry, and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Review, process, and code vendor invoices with accuracy

• Conduct regular check runs

• Maintain organized and updated documentation for all AP transactions

• Ensure all records are accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly

• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy of data

• Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and similar tools for data entry and invoice processing

• Communicate effectively with vendors and other stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies

• Utilize excellent communication skills to handle any account discrepancies

• Adhere to all relevant industry regulations and standards. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Check Runs

• Ability to Code Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Experience with Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
