　　This is a role well suited to anambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an A ccountant, you will be responsible for :

　　Provide guidance on exemption certificate compliance/requests.

　　Assist tax department on sales and use tax audits.

　　Address tax department inquiries from internal and externalbusiness partners

　　Analyze AP data for taxability and correct tax code assignments.

　　Prepare monthly tax and general account journal entries.

　　Prepare and review monthly reporting and accountreconciliations.

　　Review and maintain documentation of new vendor setup toensure company compliance.

　　Setup up of both vendors and employees in Oracle.

　　Research expense report failures, bank returns and suspiciouspayment alerts.

　　Provide proper documentation to “internal” teams tosubstantiate research findings.

　　Process weekly intercompany funds transfers.

　　Assist in coding AP invoices.

　　Completes projects concerning improvements of generalfinancial processes.

　　Keeps abreast with changes of internal guidelines and externalaccounting standards.

　　Strong PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint,Excel and Outlook)

　　Strong attention to detail and enjoy problem solving.

　　Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to pivottasks based on business needs.

　　Corporate ERP systems, Oracle a plus.

　　Required skills to have for the success of this role.

　　Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or related field.

　　1+ years’ experience in sales and use tax assessment, general accounting,and reconciliations.

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills.

　　Experience in process improvement and a focus on digitization/automation.

　　Flexibility and ability to pivot tasks based on business needs.
