Experience Level:

　　Entry Level

　　Shift: 1st or 2nd

　　Time: 5:00am - 3:30pm or 3:30pm-2:00am

　　Schedule: Monday - Thursday

　　** Must be flexibile to train on 1st shift and may be switched to a 2nd shift **

　　Job Description: Assembler working in a manufacturing facility with at least 6 months of recent mechanical assembly experience preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

　　Job Duties:

　　Inspect parts for proper form, fit and function

　　Assemble cranes and crane sub-assemblies

　　Ensure bearings, seals and hydraulics fit and operate according to specifications

　　Operate and check sub-assemblies

　　Assist in maintaining the flow of work through department

　　Ensure production specifications and quality standards are met at all levels of assembly

　　Work from shop orders and specifications to perform assigned duties

　　Record logbook entries and maintain records for log and critical data, serial numbers, models, brands and other information

　　Detect and report defective materials

　　Repair or replace defective materials as required

　　While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use tools or controls
