We are currently seeking a candidate to assist in updating a database used to track foreign inventory at a customer location on Redstone Arsenal. Candidate will also assist with software reverse engineering as needed for foreign material exploitation (FME). SAIC operates multi-disciplined FME labs at this location that provide support to the analysis of missile system components from MANPADS, SRBMs, SAMs, TELs, decoys and camouflage, and DEW electronics.
Responsibilities include:
Updating and testing a database built using REACT, a JavaScript language.
Providing input to developers of new database to ensure customer’s existing inventory can easily transition to the new database and enhance the end-user’s experience with populating and maintaining the inventory in the new database.
Performing reverse engineering of software, both in binary and source code form. Leverage familiarity with industry standard reverse engineering tools to maximize efficiencies and document findings.
Incorporating knowledge of computer hardware to increase understanding of the role of software in overall system functionality.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
BS in Computer Science
5+ years of related experience
Experience using Java, Python, and SQL
Knowledge and experience with software extraction, rehosting, virtualization, and emulation.
Experience working as part of a team to translate technical findings into intelligence reporting.
Desired:
Experience with Oracle Database
Experience using C# and C++ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
