　　GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

　　Under general supervision of a road crew, performs a variety of manual or semiskilled tasks related to road building and maintenance of road building equipment and facilities.

　　DUTIES \ RESPONSIBILITES:

　　Maintain constant awareness of ongoing operations in your surrounding aware while safely and efficiently completing required physical tasks

　　Tasks may include, but are not limited to jack hammering, shoveling, cleaning, traffic control or assisting with any other milling operation related task

　　Must be able to follow instructions and have a good work ethic

　　Have the ability and willingness to learn new things

　　Able to work various shifts (Day/Night), overtime and weekends.

　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

　　The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects

　　The ability to lift and carry heavy loads on a day to day basis;

　　The ability to understand and carry out verbal and or written directions paying attention to detail

　　The ability to stand for long periods of time. (10-12 hours)

　　QUALIFICATIONS:
