　　Company/ Position:

　　• Newly created role, firm/team is growing and need to expand their Accounting Group

　　• Will oversee team of 5 and report to the CFO; team structure is CFO - Controller – Assistant Controller, Staff & Senior Accountants

　　• Looking for a true team player, someone who can handle duties of a Controller but also willing to handle the mundane should someone be out (i.e. Cutting checks or other accounting ops tasks)

　　Keys:

　　• Soft skills very important, team is keen on professionalism, collaborative mind set, no ego, willingness to take on work “beneath” as needed

　　• Must come from Non-Profit environments with Supervisory experience.

　　• Flex on systems
