　　Machinist I - PCO Operator (Sharpening)

　　This position requires the operation of various sharpening machines (Schneeberger, Kapp, and Pfauter), including both CNC and manual to sharpen hobs, shaper cutters, and milling cutters. Will also include the operation of CMM inspection machines, use of calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools as needed.

　　Our production employees follow work instructions, use precise measuring instruments, and some may perform mathematical calculations. Entry-level employees work under the training and supervision of experienced machinists.

　　Fulfilling the duties and responsibilities requires communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Set-up and operate various sharpening machines including Schneeberger, Kapp, and Pfauter to sharpen hobs, shaper cutters, and milling cutters

　　Will operate CMM inspection machines

　　Use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools as needed

　　Use safe practices at all times

　　Training schedule: Monday through Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm

　　Work schedule: Monday through Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm
