Description

　　Robert Half is partnering with a Well-Recognized Company, and sourcing for a Contracts Analyst.

　　The Contracts Analyst will assist with completing the migration of contracts to the new platform by ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.

　　Job Description:

　　Organize and sort through transferred agreements

　　Update contract files into the new system

　　Review and extract terms, provisions, dates, etc.

　　Requirements

　　1+ year of relevant experience

　　Experience reviewing agreements for key terms and conditions

　　Familiarity with Legal Files software
