In this Tax Preparer role, you will be vital in the preparation of simple and complex, individual and small business State and Federal tax returns. 　　How you will make an impact

　　Performing other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

　　Aid clients with incoming calls to direct tax questions and set appointments

　　Manually prepare transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies

　　Thoroughly enter the appropriate data into Tax software application

　　Communicate with clients to gather necessary information/documents

　　Perform a final check and invoice for form preparation fees Requirements - AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred

　　Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Tax Preparer

　　Individual Tax Return experience

　　Ultra Tax experience preferred

　　Competent with spreadsheets and databases

　　Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

　　1+ year experience preparing tax returns

　　Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills
