　　We are looking for a Marketing Projects Specialist for the Northern Continent (NC) to join our team in Diegem, Belgium. The person will work hand in hand with other local skateholders to develop in an agile way, specific marketing projects that need to be fast tracked in the field of digital acceleration and customer experience.

　　As a Marketing Projects Specialist you will be responsible for:

　　Help to optimize customer experience: Help reduce customer churn rates while facilitating customer growth by developing & rolling out targeted communication programs and facilitating their roll out in each of the NC countries.

　　Facilitate digital acceleration ensuring that as a team we leverage optimal ROI from what digital tools and platforms have to offer by running or testing hands on new digital tactics coached by the digital marketing specialist and relevant country marketer, optimizing the website or helping on longer term projects.

　　Help grow our business through our agents (resellers) by developing online/offline agent enablement & sell out packages as well nurturing communications & enable their roll out in the NC countries.

　　Create communications content (new or localization) on an ad hoc basis and support the country marketers with translations.

　　Grow NC Marketing team “intelligence” by delivering local marketing related market researches & competitor monitoring.

　　Develop strong relationships and communication with key business experts such as NC marketing team, Sales and Central Marketing or relevant other regional marketers.

　　Adhere to the required brand standards and increase brand awareness and presence through knowledge of brand guidelines and ensuring that all communications are exceptional, targeting the correct stakeholders with bespoke messages of the value, expertise and product quality that Air Products provide.

　　To be successful, you will have:

　　Marketing Business degree or equivalent experience.

　　Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a marketing role but it could be adjusted to more experienced profiles if there is a strong fit.

　　Fluency in English, French and Dutch.

　　Continuous improvement mindset and results oriented.

　　Solid digital marketing knowledge (social media, SEA, SEO, Google platforms etc.).

　　Creative fiber to develop some content yourself and to brief people for other projects.

　　Ability to work at fast pace, good sense of urgency and prioritisation.
