　　About the team: The Finance Team supports both our Fenton and Fowlerville Brake Controls manufacturing plants and consists of a finance controller, accounting manager and a mix of accountants and financial analysts who collaborate daily. This includes collaboration with all other plant operations departments including production teams, plant managers, logistics, quality, maintenance, and engineering in addition to divisional and corporate controlling and FP&A teams. Both locations are Tier one automotive suppliers of brake components.

　　What you can look forward to as a Financial Analyst:

　　Assist with the fixed asset inventory of both manufacturing plants.

　　Assist in the setup of new cost accounting standards for the products sold.

　　Assist with the clean-up of open accounts payable items prior to migration.

　　Other ad-hoc projects as they come up related to the software migration project.

　　Responsible for month-end journal entries

　　Assisting with annual budget and forecasting.

　　Your Profile as a Financial Analyst:

　　Bachelors Degree in business is required. Accounting degree is strongly preferred.

　　3 to 5 years experience in an accounting role

　　Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment is strongly preferred

　　SAP experience preferred

　　Strong interpersonal skills (ability to work well with others and maintain professionalism)

　　Strong communication skills

　　Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
