About Nursing Assistants

　　Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Lakefield is looking for awesome caregivers to come be part of a small team with big hearts. If you are not certified, let us help! All positions require every other weekend & holiday. We offer shift differential of $1.50 for evening and $2.00 for overnights, Scholarships, Health/Dental, 401k, and PTO. The position provides quality, direct resident care in all activities of daily living including; dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, walking and positioning. The Nursing Assistant provides individualized physical, psychological and social support to residents while maintaining dignity and achieving their optimal level of functioning. The Nursing Assistant interacts with family, visitors and other health care providers while implementing the plan of care for residents. There is PT and FT positions available!!
