　　Sr. Enterprise Risk Management Analyst - The Auto Club GroupThis position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.What you will do:Supports a risk management framework designed to recognize and assess, mitigate, monitor, and report the strategic, financial, insurance and operational risks of the company. Implement and interpret stress testing for a line of business or the enterprise.Additional Responsibilities include:Help facilitate the annual risk assessment processSolicit, record and track enterprise risk management data; maintain board and executive level dashboardsPlan and deliver educational sessions on risk management principles and practices to a diverse audience, primarily managementSupport risk owners in understanding, assessing, and analyzing risks and developing leading key risk indicators.Facilitate and support cross-functional risk workshops (interview or facilitate group discussions with key stakeholders, identify key risks, analyze interdependencies and relationships, etc.)Monitor emerging trends and support risk-sensing initiatives, including blind spot workshopsPrepare high quality presentation materials for senior leadership and board committee meetingsProvide support for the Model Risk Management functionPerform other duties as requiredWork EnvironmentThis position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. 　　We're looking for candidates who:Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):Four-year degree in business related discipline (Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.)

　　Experience:Five years of business experience that included a minimum of two years of experience in any combination of the following: corporate finance, internal or external audit, enterprise risk management, operational excellence, risk advisor at a consulting firm, or public accountingDemonstrated experience creating and delivering formal presentations and trainingStrong Knowledge of:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starterStrong attention to detail; demonstrated project management skillsProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsEnterprise risk management tools, methodologies, and concepts
