  Job Summary:

  The Supervisor position resides within the Global Order Operations team and interacts directly with Inside Sales, WWT Account Managers, Order Management, Program Managers, authorized suppliers and end-user customers when necessary.

  The Supervisor should have a strong understanding of the impact of Purchasing Operations to the end-to-end supply chain. They are a leader on their team for training, escalation of issue resolution, recruitment and for personnel issue resolution. They will have responsibility for building ROI justifications for process improvement requests.

  This role is expected to develop and maintain strong business relationships with both internal and external customers. This involves working closely with suppliers to develop business relationships that help facilitate a more streamlined approach to sourcing while ensuring high levels of service are maintained.

  Job Responsibilities:

  Executes leadership activities.Participates in recruitment process.Promotes trust and HPT through coaching, appreciation, and recognition.Enables direct reports in completion of day-to-day activities.Leads team towards flexibility in job functions.Plans and creates timelines for upcoming work.Analyzes trends and works with team on corrective actions.Identifies impactful goals, objectives, and initiatives.Builds ROI based business cases.Fosters innovative solutions within their team.Engages fully to enable policy, process, standards, and governance.Manages escalations from team, customers, and partners.Understands, teaches, and communicates WWT initiatives.Builds a High-Performance Culture through Teamwork.Creates and Maintains Customer Response/Service Priorities.Serves as subject matter expert on daily processes and procedures.Practices Daily Execution Against All Customer Requirements.Manages, leads, and trains teammates.Collaborates with Sales Operations Leadership to Analyze and Report Activity.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  Bachelor's Degree required.5 years of Information Technology procurement experience, preferred.

  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  Operational excellence, systems thinking; multi-tasking & prioritization; relationship management; resource planning & optimization; attention to detail; troubleshooting.Data analysis, materials management; international importing & exporting; business partnership & consulting; business insightOracle ERP experience preferred.Customer service skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills required.This position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done and deliver customer delight.The nature of the role requires an ability to deliver high quality, through accurate work on deadlines through successful navigation of shifting customer requirements and competing organizational demands.Standard business hours are generally observed, with work from home schedules and flexbility on start/end times.
