About Talent Acquisition Partner

  We are expanding our Global footprint into Prague and we need a driven and results focussed Talent Acquisition Partner to help us grow and scale our teams in this new location. You will have a strong background in hiring technical talent, and be comfortable recruiting in volume and at speed with a high bar on quality. You will operate with ownership and accountability and be passionate about providing an exceptional experience to our candidates and stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first hires for Rapid7 in Prague, playing a key role in supporting our growth strategy in a culture that supports trying new approaches and continuous learning.

  About the Role

  As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will provide the highest level of recruitment services to our product, engineering and IT teams within Rapid7 whilst supporting other non technical teams when required. You will need to deliver high quality candidates and advance our brand across the Prague market and communities, whilst guiding hiring managers and candidates through the process. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience managing a full cycle desk and using creative sourcing methods to attract top talent to Rapid7.

  In this role, you will:

  Partner with hiring Managers to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies while managing expectations clearlyBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship managementRecommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the organization, implementing new processes and fine-tuning existing processes to deliver quality results for our customersFocus on the quality of hire and ensure a fair and effective recruitment process while consistently providing an outstanding candidate experienceDevelop a deep understanding of Rapid7 and our culture and use this to provide inspiring information to candidatesAccurate maintenance of our applicant tracking system, to ensure data integrity and allow you to tell the story of your search, progress and challengesProactive sharing of market insights to enable Hiring Managers to make the right hiring decisions, looking at talent availability and cost

  The skills you'll bring include:

  5 years + previous experience in a high volume full cycle recruitment role, in-house within a high growth Technology companyThe ability to source passive talent and get them engaged by creating a compelling pitch about Rapid7 and the opportunity, fully understanding the candidates motivatorsAbility to develop recruitment strategies while leveraging internal and external metrics and insightsCustomer centric with excellent relationship building skills, partnering with stakeholders across multiple locationsSolution oriented able to think ahead to solve complex recruiting problems and challengesAbility to work autonomously and think independently, knowing when to ask for support or inputAbility to influence hiring decisions and outcomes by building trust and credibility with Hiring Managers, Leadership, peers, and candidatesStrong sense of ownership, holds themselves and others accountable to achieving high standardsProcess and data orientated, understands the importance of data within a talent acquisition functionSolid communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
