LinQuest is seeking a Program Manager to work with our Command, Control, Communication and Battle Management (C3BM) office located in Dayton, OH. US citizenship and an active TS/SCI DoD security clearance is required.
Project Overview:
LinQuest is looking for a Program Manager to support the Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management Program Executive Office, Aerial Networks Branch. The Aerial Networks Branch of C3BM PEO is responsible for delivering the airborne portion of the Battle Network. That command-and-control system is made up of multiple programs in various stages of development. The program manager of the Aerial Networks branch needs assistance in managing these programs to ensure delivery of the Battle Network. Job Description: The program manager supports the Aerial Networks branch program manager in monitoring and managing costs, schedule and technical performance of projects supporting the development of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network. The program manager must provide guidance, direction and execution management of all related projects to include working closely with functional leaders within a matrixed organization to ensure the program is properly staffed and executed. The program manager will oversee the daily operations, financial results, and program execution. The program manager works closely with the government program manager to ensure delivery of required capabilities and execution of the government’s strategy for building the DAF Battle Network.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of the company to our customers
Lead the strategic and tactical initiatives on the assigned program
Manage the day-to-day operation of the program
Manage program resources to ensure program performance to contract expectation
Manage key relationships with government program management
Manage the evaluation of program performance
Manage, administer, and evaluate programs, policies, and procedures in the required
program areas.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
10+ years experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills especially in customer relationships
Strong speaking and presentation skills especially to government executives stakeholders
Ability to work with all organizational levels
Ability to partner in matrixed organizations to ensure effective program execution
Effective problem-solving skills
Strong analytic skills
Ability to set priorities, resolve conflicts, and remove barriers
