Mission
The WCF Wellsite Digital Solutions Lead is responsible for developing and implementing a wellsite connectivity and inter-wellsite communications strategy that is aligned with business goals, and the WEC divisions overall direction.
The scope of the role includes wellsite;
Connectivity
Inter-communication
Wellsite < > Town workflows and data flows (real-time and batch data transfer)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive wellsite connectivity and inter-wellsite communication digital strategy for WCF, ensuring alignment with business goals and the WEC Division’s overall technological direction.
Lead and manage digital solution projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.
Responsible for designing and developing software solutions to enable connectivity and control of sensors and actuators at the Edge
Regularly analyze the performance of digital solutions, report on their efficacy, and make recommendations for improvements or new initiatives.
Become the point of contact for all WCF Wellsite deployment digital and automated products
Tailor solutions to fit internal and Client’s ecosystem
Provide technical solutions for both Rig and Town operating systems.
Coordinate with multiple groups including Engineering and Sustaining from Drilling Fluids and Cementing and consolidate deployment solutions between sub-Business Lines
Work closely with the WEC Wellsite Architect to synergize with global deployment solutions.
Support Engineering team in generating manuals and training materials to support the deployment of digital products, and provide guidance and support during the field test phase
Stay current with the cutting edge in cyber-security and Internet of Things (IoT) related technologies.

Bachelor's Degree
3 years direct expereince
Network connectivity hardware to the field
