As Human Resources Director, you lead the HR function for the Discrete Automation Business Unit in Eger, Hungary, and act as HR Business Partner in South-East Europe Sales organization.
Working in close partnership with the site leadership, you build and implement HR initiatives to support our organization and business strategy, including but not limited to organization culture, talent management, employee experience and engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), in line with Emerson and Discrete Automation people strategy and values. You implement all Emerson HR related processes and tools, and you supervise all HR operations activities ensuring full compliance with local legislation and Emerson standards. You are a key member of the site leadership and of the EMEA HR leadership teams.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Build and implement initiatives to continuously improve employee experience and employee engagement, results from the Your Voice Counts listening program.
Partner with local and remote leadership, and provide valuable input and feedback related to organization design, talent assessment and development, performance management, etc.
Work with Emerson talent acquisition organization to source high potential and diverse talent to develop our talent pipeline.
Work with Employee Resources Group (ERG), with management and with employees in all areas of the organization to promote DE&I and ensure we have an inclusive leadership and an inclusive organization culture.
Coordinate organization review and talent review processes.
Coordinate the annual salary planning process ensuring alignment with market ranges and critical talent retention.
Together with the site leader, handle the relationship and negotiations with the unions and employee representative bodies.
Supervise all payroll & HR administration activities for the Eger site and ensure full compliance with local legislation and Emerson standards.
Develop a solid network within the Emerson HR organization in Hungary and in Europe and leverage the Emerson Centers of expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Comp & Ben, etc.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Master’s degree or equivalent experience or demonstrable experience in Human Resources leadership
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within large, complex and matrix organizations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proficient in English
