Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Amsterdam or Hamburg

About the Role
In this role, you will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital channels. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of optimising campaigns for maximum impact. We are looking for someone who keeps abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation at Diageo.
You will work collaboratively with the Ecommerce, Marketing/Brand, Product, and Creative teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Top Accountabilities
Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive performance strategies aligned with business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing initiatives.Develop and lead luxury focused affiliate strategies and programs with internal teams and external partners
Campaign Management
Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, retargeting, affiliate and SEO.Take care of and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve long and short term critical metrics.Supervise overall pricing mix of lower funnel activities and work with media effectiveness team to monitor return on investment across the funnel.
Data-Driven Insights
Utilise analytics and data-driven insights to find opportunities, trends, and areas for optimisation.Ensure that tagging and measurement framework is in place to drive best in class insights for campaignsImplement tracking and attribution models to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.Work with the media team to unlock data partners that drive conversion insights.
Budget Management
Develop and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Provide regular reports on budget utilisation and campaign performance.
About You:
6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search, paid social, retargeting, affiliates and SEO.Experience with analytics tools, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Experience with e-commerce and knowledge of the latest industry trends.Familiarity with digital marketing technologies and platforms.
