About Global Comms & Change Specialist

  This temporary assignment will be working at Diageo, and may involve working at a Diageo site, you will however be contracted through Magnit Global, a UK registered employment business with the company registration number 05537535.

  About the Role This exciting role’s focus is leading the change and communication agenda across the Procurement function. The role will inspire and unite our One Procurement Community behind our strategic objectives whilst embedding change across the function, as well as building our reputation as a function across Diageo and beyond.

  Responsibilities

  Employee Engagement – You will be responsible for building our One Procurement Community culture across 400+ geographically dispersed Procurement professionals, finding new and innovative ways to bring people together across the globe and fostering our inclusive culture. To do this, you will have ownership of the ongoing management and evaluation of the core drumbeat channels and bring a passion to continually improve and develop these based on audience feedback.

  Embedding the Change – user experience is central to all of our projects and initiatives, you will support the leads to develop robust change plans to guide users through the change curve, embedding the changes and realising the benefits to the business. Beyond Procurement, you will represent Procurement on Value Chain Transformation forums and provide programme management and initiative updates.

  Telling our Story – You will collaborate with corporate relations teams to champion Procurement across the business, developing key messages and engaging content aligned to our communication strategy. Working with the employee engagement team, you will promote brand and business initiatives into the One Procurement Community.

  Enhancing our Reputation – Working closely with Corporate Relations, you will lead the development of content and branding for exciting events such as Supplier Connect Sessions and Global Supplier Awards to build our relationships with supplier and agency partners. You will also contribute to the external reporting cycle on behalf of Diageo, identify and prepare external engagement and speaking opportunities and coordinate submissions to external organisations.

  Requirements

  Looking for Global Corporate Communications Professional with 2+ years of minimum experience in comms strategy and executing communication. This candidate will be responsible for global comms events across 400+ geographically dispersed professionals and along with monthly communication sessions. Need a self-starter with excellent communication skills.

  Change management is good to have but no required

  Ideally 2+ years of experience

  Education: Experience in lieu of degree

  Onsite 3 days and 2 days remote

  1st Round Zoom interview and second round In-person
