　　Location: Olympia Fields, IL

　　PayRate (Local): $65 / hour

　　TotalTravel Package: $2775.00.00 / Week (Gross)

　　Mustreside over 50 miles away to qualify for the travel package

　　· Taxable wages: $1200.00 / week

　　· Weekly lodgingallowance: $102200

　　· Weekly meals /incidentals: $553.00

　　o Estimated weeklytake home after taxes: $2475.00 (Net)

　　Schedule:

　　· 7:00am – 3:30 pm

　　· Every3rd weekend of the month requirement

　　· OnCall

　　Duration: 13 weeks (possibleextension)

　　Requirements:

　　Atleast 2years experience

　　PreviousCath Lab and EP experience required

　　ARRT,BLS

　　COVIDVaccination
