Job Summary:
This employee provides support for our Office 365 Email, Teams, SharePoint, and additional Office 365 applications and monitors/resolves issues with Azure Entra ID. This position works closely with the Desktop Support department to resolve level 1 through 3 issues. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring the Office 365 environment and responding to customer support tickets. This position is also expected to assist users with long term projects to improve workflow for end users.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience(or Associates and 4 years experience) administering enterprise e-mail system. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with Office 365, Exchange Hybrid Configuration, SharePoint, Teams, as well as other Office 365 applications.
-Experience with Security and Compliance suite
-Proficiency in installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows Server operating system.
-Experience managing Microsoft SMTP servers
-Must have strong analytical troubleshooting skills
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
-Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders (end users, developers, business units, etc)
-Scripting and coding skills with PowerShell.
Work Days:
M-F 8- 5 p.m. and Off Hours/On Call as needed
