　　About the position:

　　We are seeking an Assistant General Counsel to assist with general corporate law matters, including civil litigation, to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the legal functions of the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, manage internal and external legal/litigation matters, and mitigating legal risks. Responsibilities include:

　　Legal Counsel:Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on a wide range of trust and fiduciary matters.

　　Civil Litigation:Handle and oversee civil litigation matters involving the company, including dispute resolution.

　　Compliance:Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting the trust industry; ensure the company's compliance with applicable legal requirements.

　　Contract Review:Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.

　　Risk Management:Identify legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate potential issues.

　　Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and compliance, to address legal aspects of business operations.

　　Qualifications:

　　Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the bar and in good standing.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant legal experience with a strong background in civil litigation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We are seeking an Assistant General Counsel, with expertise in civil litigation, to join our team.
