Job Description

　　A construction client of Insight Global's is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join their team. This person will be responsible for daily inspections of worksites, Quality control of work, documentation and communication to and from the office, ensuring delivery trucks provide the correct order items, and general oversite of the job site. This person reports directly into the Project Manager for all onsite job updates and issues. This position will require to travel to different job sites for 6 weeks at a time.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　At least a year of experience in construction of hotels, resorts, apartment complexes, multi-family housing, or similar

　　Must be able to function a smart phone/tablet

　　OSHA 30 course OR in process of (must have completed before start date)

　　Able to pass BG/drug test (regular background checks are done due to job sites on military bases) BuilderTrend construction software or ANY construction software

　　O&M Asbestos training, repair and painting training (will be paid for) null
