Job Description

　　A waste management company based out of New Jersey is looking for a Dispatcher to join their team at their Brooklyn Depot. This is a 4am-2pm shift Monday-Friday. This individual will work with the drivers of the fleet to ensure operations are running smoothly. They will communicate with the drivers what their schedule is and if it's changed due to accidents, construction, etc. You will build rapport with the drivers to ensure smooth operations, staying in DOT compliance and that all safety measures and protocols are being met. We're looking for candidates that have previously worked as a dispatcher for a large fleet of vehicles, preferrable diesel and has the knowledge of the Brooklyn borough.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-3+ years of experience as a dispatcher

　　-Longevity within their role or growth with one organization

　　-Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software's

　　-Strong communication and "can do" attitude -Experience with Zignex

　　-Experience working in waste management null
