Job Description

　　An employer is looking to identify a Sr. Scrum Master for the Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL or Charlotte, NC area. The Scrum Master will be working with two or three agile teams. The teams consist of developers, testers, business analysts. As Scrum Master, the Candidate will be responsible for a wide range tasks including leading Agile meeting cadence, managing story boards and backlogs, business analysis, project coordination/tracking/reporting, risk mitigation, timelines and hitting milestones.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　3-5 years of Scrum Master Experience

　　5-10 years of SDLC Experience (testing/develpment/analysis)

　　Great Communication and leadership skills

　　Excellent knowledge of Agile principles (Lean / SAFe / Kanban) CSM

　　SAFe Certified null
