Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Configuration Talent/Recruiting in Woonsocket, RI.

　　Looking for an experienced Workday configuration resource who has experience with Talent Management, Performance and Recruiting modules within Workday

　　Must have Recruiting configuration experience, including business processes, setup data, reports and has a good background in solving operational aspects within Workday

　　Hands-on experience is required

　　Must have Calibration experience within Talent Management, will be helping to drive and configure Talent Management processes in Workday

　　Must have launched and operationally managed Calibration and Performance Review cycle in Workday

　　Experience of using Workday Ratings, ideally of how it links to Advanced Compensation

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
