Our Maintenance Assistants become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will provide support to our residents with their day-to-day maintenance needs including in their own apartments and through out the community. Preferred Qualifications: - High school graduate or equivalent. - Experience in health care or Assisted Living is preferred. - Experience and/or interest in mechanical, electrical, carpentry and maintenance duties.
