Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage an extensive phone system with multiple lines

• Provide top-tier customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries effectively

• Handle data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Manage email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and team members

• Schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth operation of daily activities

• Organize files systematically, maintaining an orderly and efficient work environment. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
