　　Responsibilities:

　　Virtual Desktop Infrastructure

　　Design, build and maintain virtual desktops in VMware Horizon ViewDesign, build and maintain application views in VMware Horizon ViewDesign, build and maintain core infrastructure components such as connection servers, licensing servers, etcDesign, build and maintain gold imagesMaintain and support Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and PXE environmentDesign, build and maintain application packagesDesign, build and maintain access to the VDI environment through Active Directory groups or another methodImplement and maintain authentication into the Horizon environment in partnership with the identity teamAdminister virtual desktop environment including maintenance, support, patching, and documentationPartner with other VDI administrators to design and build out a new VDI environment in whatever solution we chooseCore EUCCreate and maintain reporting for compliance activities such as encryption counts and configuration managementCreate documentation for user education of processesEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers. Assist in patching enterprise end-user devices with OS and third-party application updates Be a part of the on-call and support rotationEvaluate and define hardware standardsCreate and maintain software deployment packages for Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS.Responsible to patch enterprise end user devices with OS and third-party application updates.Manage mobile device configuration and administration through our MDM platformIdentify technical problems within EUC systems and work independently to determine solutionsWork closely with other teams in IT to provide root cause analysis and resolve systemic end-user issuesWork closely with the Global Service Desk to drive process enhancements and efficienciesWork closely with other teams in IT to provide root cause analysis and resolve systemic end user issues reaching multiple teams.Work on projects and tasks as assigned

　　Associates or bachelor's degree preferably in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and driver issues3-5 years of experience in system administration. Willingness to learn new skills and cutting-edge technologies on the fly Strong customer service skills OS administration and configuration skills for Windows & macOS Basic scripting with PowerShell, Batch, Shell, or Python (Must on at least one of them)Proficiency with command-line interfacesFamiliarity with Agile Frameworks and Methodologies Experience with VMware Horizon View preferredExperience with Azure preferred
