About Security Associate I (2nd Shift)

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  21+ years of age.

  Valid Driver's License required.

  Ability to pass a background check.

  Willingness to complete and adhere to a non-disclosure agreement.

  Military, Law Enforcement or Private Security Industry experience.

  Ability to obtain an Illinois Private Security License.

  Ability to lead/co-lead a team of 3rd party officers.

  Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

  Administrative experience.

  Familiarity with ACS and CCTV systems.

  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  Works independently or as part of a team.

  Basic computer systems operation knowledge.

  Basic computer software knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office).

  Assess and evaluate situations quickly and effectively.

  Identify critical issues quickly and accurately.

  Follow complex work instructions.

  Pay Attention to details.

  Exercise considerable judgment and take initiative.

  Ability to work without direct supervision, at times.

  Great interpersonal, administrative, listening, written/verbal communication, time management, and strategic thinking skills.
