About Security Lead (2nd Shift)

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  Previous experience in Military, Law Enforcement, or Private Security.

  4 or more years’ experience operating within a Corporate Security Operations Center.

  Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

  Administrative experience.

  Familiarity with ACS and CCTV systems.

  Proficiency in baseline tasks such as:

  ServiceDesk Tickets

  Badging Operations

  Demonstrated ability and knowledge of WWT Corporate Security Operations.

  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  Knowledge of:

  Basic Computer Operation

  Computer Software (i.e. Microsoft office, word, excel)

  WWT Culture, Systems and Operations

  Ability to:

  Work well in stressful and demanding situations.

  Assess and evaluate situations effectively.

  Follow complex work instructions.

  Pay attention to detail.

  To exercise a high level of professionalism, discretion, and tact.

  Skills needed:

  Interpersonal

  Administrative

  Listening

  Effective Communication: Written and Verbal

  Time Management

  Strategic thinking

  Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  Work pressure, disturbances of workflow and/or irregularities in work schedule are expected and occur on an intermittent basis.

  Majority of work will be performed at a post near the main entry of a facility, however depending on additional job duties, dynamic patrolling may be required.

  Working conditions may be somewhat disagreeable requiring occasional exposure to seasonal weather and noise.

  Regular travel between local locations is possible.

  While primary duty hours are day shift, must be flexible to work in the event of emergencies.

  Extended standing and moderate to heavy lifting are occasionally required.

  Requires walking and some climbing (ladders, etc.)

  18+ years of age

  Valid Driver’s license w/ clean driving record.

  Ability to pass appropriate background checks.

  Ability to successfully complete relevant training.

  Ability and willingness to respond and react to situations that require the previously mentioned training.
