　　The Work:

　　As a Technical Trainer Sr on IL, you will:

　　- Design, develop, and revise complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature

　　- Draft and finalize training documentation

　　- Prepare instructional materials from technical source data

　　- Present training materials to a large audience

　　- Evaluate training requirements for the system

　　- Create training objectives and goals

　　- Conduct customized training classes

　　- Develop training plans and the associated curricula

　　- Identify the resources necessary to implement the plan and ensure that training is conducted in accordance with the plan

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Five (5) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent.

　　A Master’s Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.

　　Must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph.

　　Desired Skills:

　　3 yrs SIGINT related experience within the

　　intelligence community

　　Security Clearance Statement: TS/SCI w/Poly SP

　　Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly SP

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
