　　THE WORK

　　This position will support a number of key Manassas programs by enabling processes throughout the build and deliver value stream. The candidate for this position will support projects and activities that aid the Stockroom, Manufacturing, Test, Final Prep, and Packaging work centers. The candidate will drive continuous improvement and will work to identify and resolve problems throughout Operations.

　　A level 3 employee is mid-career and typically has 5+ years of professional experience.

　　Please Note: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• Experience using Solumina, EPDM, SAP, and SILC

　　• Experience working with SONAR systems or in a Production environment

　　• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, cable block diagrams, and other technical specifications

　　• This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

　　Desired Skills:

　　• Experience in Paint/Prep environment (paint certified)

　　• Experience supporting OETs

　　• Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and Navy customers

　　• Familiarity with Manassas programs, procedures, and work centers

　　• Understanding of WIP principles

　　• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience

　　Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

　　Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
