　　Randstad is recruiting an Accounting professional for a client in the Richmond area. This candidate should be self-motivated and a team player, with great attention to detail. Successful candidates will have prior Accounting & Finance experience. Accurate data entry and Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must. Quickbooks or other programs/software preferred.

　　salary: $25 - $30 per hour

　　work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

　　Responsibilities

　　Maintain accurate records of all fixed assets, capital projects, acquisitions, and disposals.

　　Assist managers with preparation of capital budget, maintenance expense planning as needed, using professional judgment to identify highest and lowest priorities.

　　Verify financial data through audits with attention to detail and nuance.

　　Prepare monthly reports tracking actual capital expenditures.

　　Analyze and explain budget variances.

　　Risk analysis and management assistance.

　　Assist managers in identifying potential revenue and community outreach opportunities.

　　Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts and possess ability to make recommendations.
