　　Position Description:

　　CGI has an immediate need for a Technical Product Owner team in Plano, TX, Columbia, SC or Reston, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies. This is a hybrid position located at the client site in Reston, VA or at one of our CGI Offices across the US.

　　Your future duties and responsibilities:

　　​• Manage the product development team to create a strong end product

　　​• Lead various product integration efforts for DevOps platform

　　• Nurture ideas and solutions to existing problems

　　• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals

　　• Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon software

　　• Determine roadmaps for products in the creation phase

　　• Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process ​

　　• Ability to adapt to changing environments.

　　• Ability to collaborate well and promote ideas.

　　• Works well under pressure, handling projects that have real-time high dependency and challenging business deadlines.

　　• Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations

　　Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

　　• Strong technical background on various DevOps products/tools including GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira, CI/CD, AWS

　　• Experience as a product owner in the industry

　　• Product management and product development experience

　　• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process

　　• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

　　• Successful track record of developing/integrating products

　　• Excellent attention to detail

　　• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

　　EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

　　​Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field

　　CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $59,700.00 - $146,900.00.
